What is Peak Performance, Mental Skills and Mindset Training?​

My mission is to work with middle school, high school, and college athletes who are looking to start mental training to improve their performance, confidence, resilience, and methods of dealing with pressure. Also, looking to work with athletes who may be having trouble handling competitive pressure. I can also assist with goal setting, visualization, centered breathing, and the mental side of injury rehab.


Physical and technical training is critical to successful performance in all sports.  Similarly, mental training  is also a critical component to successful performance in sports.  Through weekly phone calls, learn how to unleash the power of the mind for sustained excellence in athletic competition.


Mindset Training is sport specific, similar to strength training for your mind, with a variety of training options.  Mindset Training is not counseling, psychological therapy or motivational speaking.


Young people are bombarded with messages in all aspects of their lives, oftentimes, these messages are negative.  Mental Skills and Mindset Training can be utilized to offset the negative messages and train athletes with skills that will benefit them in all aspects of sports, school, and life.
